Abstract
Background: The increase in stroke cases is one result of implementing a diet that is not suitable for cholesterol. One of the efforts that can be carried out by increasing knowledge is health education about dietary cholesterol. Purpose: the purpose of this service is to increase understanding of diet so that it can reduce the incidence of stroke. Method: the method used in this service is health education by providing education about dietary cholesterol in the elderly. Thus not getting a stroke. Results: The results of the dedication got results. Participants can carry out 100% health education about cholesterol diet education. 100% understand the implementation of the existing diet and the willingness to carry out the diet in the management of low-cholesterol foods.
